Susan & family,
I remember going to the lumberyard and visiting your father. He would asked me about the NRLA and the CT association. He truly was dedicated to the lumber industry and somehow found the time to serve both the CT association and as President of the NRLA, while running his business and volunteering in the local community. He provided leadership in his volunteer positions, and lead a great example of his charitable work. Harry will be fondly missed, and yet his contributions to the lumber industry live on. My deepest condolences to you and your family. Wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I was the administrator at Candlewood Valley up until this past February. I remember meeting Harry when his wife was there. They used to sit on the love seat outside my office. He was always so sweet. Later on I got to know him better as he volunteered at our Wednesday morning breakfast buffet. I am sorry for your loss. He was such a nice man.

Diane our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember my trips with my father to the hardware store and lumber yard. My dad bought everything there while building the garage at home. Those were the days before Home Depot. You could always count on the personal touch. Love to all. Debbie and Marc.
