Willie James Brown

Willie James Brown, age, 85 of New Milford, CT passed away Sunday March 21, 2021 at New Milford Hospital. Willie lived with his life partner of 46 years MS Ruth Rice.

Willie was born December 8, 1935 in Myrtle Beach, SC a son of Jimmy and Fibby (Gathers) Brown. After moving to Connecticut in his late 30’s, Willie owned and operated Brown Construction Company and later worked in the maintenance department for New Milford Public Schools. He was a proud member of Good Shepherd Lodge #65 Independent Order of Odd Fellows in New Milford.

A memorial service will be held in Good Shepherd Lodge #65, 25 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT on June 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM
