I had the distinct privilege of working with Bill at IDD. He was such a delight to be around. He was so thorough in his job and never left any stone unturned. His family meant the world to him and I remember how proud he was when he became a grandfather. He was beaming ear to ear. He has been and will continue to be missed dearly at IDD. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Babs and I were very saddened to hear of Bill's passing. Our association with you all, through the Candlewood Yacht Club was so special. Bill was always ready to do anything to insure our club and our members were cared for both through his hard work, but most of all through his extraordinary strength of character and kindness. Our hearts go out to you all , you are in our prayers...and Bill will forever be in our most cherished memories.
