Viola Sandra Gallagher
October 26, 1949 - February 23, 2022
Viola (Vee) Gallagher of Bethel, formerly of Greenwich passed away at home on Wednesday, February 23 surrounded by her loving family.
In 1970, she married Theodore Gallagher, her high school sweetheart. Together they built a life in Greenwich where Vee worked out of her home taking care of countless children. She retired after her first grandchild was born and moved to Bethel to be closer to them. She spent the rest of her life loving every second of them. Being their Mom-Mom was her most favorite title. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Gaylene, her husband Rob Ferraro of Bethel, and the three loves of her life, her grandchildren, Teddi, Robert and Ryan.
We would personally like to thank the unbelievable team at Danbury Hospital Cancer Center that treated, encouraged and comforted her throughout the past eight years. She didn’t like going for treatment but always loved seeing your faces.
The funeral will be held at the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division ST., Danbury, Tuesday, March 1,
2022, at 8:00 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
