Sadie Eleanor Cote

Sadie Eleanor Coté, age 83 of Bethel, CT, died peacefully on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Sadie was born in Norwalk, CT, daughter of George and Sadie. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Harry and George, her sisters, Judy and Barbara and her husband, Donald Coté, Sr.

She is survived by her three sons, Donald Jr. and his wife Coleen and children, Jennifer and Nicholas, David and his wife Kathy and child, Cooper, and her youngest son, Daniel.

Over the years, Sadie drove for the schools, owned a local company and was office manager for the family business. She was a strong believer of faith, family and community. Her dedication and love for family and her grandchildren was abundant. Sadie was the heart and soul of our family and will be missed dearly.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary Church, Bethel, CT on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel, CT.

The family welcomes donations to hospice as an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers. Donations can be made to the Danbury Regional Hospice website.
