Raniero Pasqualone

Raniero Pasqualone, age 78, a long-time resident of Bethel, CT passed away peacefully at Vassar Hospital, Poughkeepsie, NY on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. He was the loving husband of the late Rose Angelina (Keating) Pasqualone, who passed away in 2018.

He was born in Tagliacozzo, Italy, January 4, 1942 a son of the late Diego and Bennedetta (DiDomenico) Pasqualone.

Raniero had a loving nature with a heart of gold. He loved his family more than anything in the world. Since he retired from General Motors you would often find him tinkering around his yard fixing tractors & snowblowers. He never said no to helping anyone who stopped by.

He will be deeply missed by his children: Bernadette Santarelli (husband Nicholas Santarelli) Diego & Joseph. He will be profoundly missed by his 5 grandchildren: Michael, Brian (wife Victoria Pasqualone) CJ, Gabriella and Bianca & 2 great grandchildren: Ethan (Brian & Victoria) and McKenzie (Michael) and his 5 great niece/nephews: Roman & Ava (Rob & Kerry) and Andrea & Sophia (Carmine) and Joy (Federica). He will be missed by his brother Dominic Pasqualone (Rocchina) and their children Robert (Kerry), Mark, Tom & Andrew. His sister Graziella Marcelli (Pepe) and their children Carmine, Federica (Anthony) and Alessandro.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, Saturday afternoon, March 14th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.  He will be cremated and buried at a later date
