Patricia Ann Johns, 81 of Danbury, CT passed away peacefully on January 26, 2021 at Regional Hospice in Danbury, CT.

Pat was born on November 2nd, 1939 in Somers, NY to the late Bruno Daros and Dorothy Daros. She loved her family more than anything and was happiest when surrounded by them. Her smile, quick wit and sarcasm could light up a room. She enjoyed golfing, playing Scrabble, crocheting, baking and sharing her recipes, watching the UConn women and NY Mets, and honoring the American flag. Pat was a mother to everyone, known for her heart of gold, kindness, friendship, strong will and determination. She will be missed by many.

She is survived by her children, Dorothy Sarrett (Jerry) of Lexington Park, MD, Richard Sloat, Jr. (Marcia) of Westport Island, ME and Kurt Johns (Chrissy) of Danbury, CT; her sister, Connie Zecchin (Zeke); her grandchildren: Amanda Lewis (Isaac), Chad Albanesi (Tracy), Phillip Strain, Richard Sloat III, and Marybeth Sloat; and great-grandchildren Brookie and Blake Klavuhn, Veronica Strain and Noah and Jonah Parker-Albanesi.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dorrence (DJ) Johns, and her beloved sisters Betty Saunders, MaryLou Lanza and Joan Corwin.
