Kathleen A. Bogues of Bethel, CT.

Beloved partner of Stephen Barna Jr. Born 10/2/53 to Carol and Harry Beiermann; big sister to Susan Roveto, Ellen Allen, Wendy and Jeff Beiermann; sister-in-law to the Barna tribe; Aunt Kathy to forty-four Beiermann, Patterson, Allen, Roveto, Barna, Bergstrom nieces, nephews and cousins. Married Mark Bogues in 1975, but it didn't take.

Horsewoman, early techno-geek, tournament bowler, card shark, Christmas fanatic, jovial hostess. A tough cookie - with marshmallow center - who pulled NO punches, she met her mirror-image and perfect match Stephen in 1989. They filled all the following years with love, laughter, and brutal honesty. Kathy was taken too soon, and too suddenly, her wit and compassion will be missed every day.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, Saturday afternoon, May 14, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM
