Eleanor Levesque Obituary

Eleanor R. Levesque passed away on January 25, 2021, in Naugatuck, CT, at the age of 90 years.

Ellie was born on December 28, 1930 in South Paris, ME to Bernice (Le Claire) and Walter Wilson. The family moved to Ridgefield, CT in the 1930’s. Ellie attended Ridgefield School and was in the graduating class of 1947.

Ellie was preceded in death by her mother and father, as well as two brothers: Mason and Leslie. She is survived by her three children Deborah (David) Toscano, Timothy Pennell, and Jeffrey (Sandra) Pennell; as well as her five grandchildren: Alyssa, Cian, Erik, Morgan, and Travis Pennell. Ellie is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was an avid reader and loved playing bingo, bowling, and going on casino trips. Additionally, she loved animals, gardening and doing puzzles.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the ASPCA.

A cremation will be done at the directive of the family, with a burial to take place graveside at a later date.
