Carol Ann (Blake) Harris

Carol Ann (Blake) Harris, age 82 of Bethel, CT died at her home on Saturday, October 29, 2022. She was the widow of Dale Richard Harris, Sr.

She was born in Norwalk, CT, March 1, 1940, a daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Ann (Kay) Blake. A Bethel resident for over 60 years, she was a Vet Tech at the Georgetown Veterinary Hospital. Carol loved her pets and trained dogs for Agility Competitions, where she won numerous awards. She enjoyed her pool and being around her family.

Carol is survived by her son: Dale R. Harris, Jr. and his wife Celeste of Bethel, CT; daughters: Wendi O’Donnell of Sherman, CT, Deborah Fargeorge and her husband Paul of Southbury, MA; 4 grandchildren: Stephanie, Thomas, Dale III, Molly Rose; 2 great grandchildren: Jackson and Mark III, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers: Robert and Richard Blake.

A graveside service will be held at St. Mary Cemetery, Route 53, Bethel, Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11:00. There are no calling hours.
