I remember uncle john from lake candlewood in Danbury. He was always flying airplanes and sailing Lighting sailboats and his iceboat in the winter. One of the most fun uncle. Peter Shepard

Mary Ellen and family, so very sorry on the passing of your father. I always enjoyed talking with him years ago and as I remember he had a very funny sense of humor. Hope you will always remember the good times and know you were always there for him. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so very sorry for the passing of your father. I will miss his sarcasm, his big smile, his loud laugh, and I will miss yelling out his name "Johnny". I loved to joke around with him even up until the end. His friends in the club miss him dearly. I hope your years of memories with him keep your heart full.
