Jeffrey Humiston Obituary

Jeffrey W. Humiston age 69 of Sherman, CT passed away Monday June 4, 2018 in Danbury Hospital, after a short illness. He was the husband of Judith L. (Pelletier) Humiston.

Jeff was born in Malone, NY, a son of the late Edgar and Thelma (Furman) Humiston. He was employed by Kimberly Clark Manufacturing for many years before retiring in 2004. Jeff was well known for his musical talent and over the years played in several area bands.

In addition to his wife of 48 years Judy, Jeff is survived by his son Jeremy and his wife Jessica of Saranac, NY and his daughter Jenelle Titus and her husband Lee of New Milford, CT; five grandchildren, Sarah, Tyler, Trent, Bryce and Evan. He is predeceased by his brother Sidney Humiston.

Family will receive friends in the Colonial Funeral Home 87 Park Lane Rd., New Milford on Friday June 8, 2018 form 6 until 8 PM with a service at 8:00 PM. Cremation will take place at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to The Good Shepherd/Palm Rebekah Lodge Memorial Scholarship Fund, 25 Danbury Rd., New Milford, CT 06776.
