Susan "Suzie" Loranger, aged 51, of Brookfield, passed away unexpectedly on December 11, 2016 at Danbury Hospital.

Suzie was born in Bridgeport, CT July 10, 1965, daughter of the late Donald J. Mottola, Sr. and Kathleen (Sullivan) Mottola.

Suzie resided in Brookfield, CT with her loving family.  She is survived by her husband Mark and her four adored sons, Samuel, Alexander, Benjamin and Donovan.  She is also survived by her siblings, Michelle Mottola of Bethel, Don and Joelle Mottola of Waltham MA, Danny Mottola of Bethel, Doug and Melissa Mottola of Southbury, her nephews Jake and Dougie and her god daughter Maggie.

Suzie was loved by all in the Brookfield community.  She always brought a smile, a joke, and was the first to volunteer for community work in the schools and local sports events.  She loved people could make them laugh with her great sense of humor.  She was incredibly sensitive and caring, and was a great mom to her four boys.  Once you got to know Suzie you would know that nothing was more important to her than being a good mom to her 4 boys.  She had a passion for taking pictures and was often heard saying, “Have a Sparkling Day!”

Susan attended Bethel Public Schools and Western Connecticut State University. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Brookfield Public Schools.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield, Friday morning at 10:00 AM.

The family will receive friends at the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division St., Danbury, Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00.
