Nancy Randles Kelly of Bethel CT, died peacefully Friday, October 6th at Danbury Hospital with her family by her side. She was 58 years old.

She was born November 8, 1958 in Albany, NY and grew up in the nearby suburb of Slingerlands. She was a 1976 graduate of Bethlehem Central High School and graduated Cum Laude from The College of Saint Rose in 1982 with a double major in Education and English.

Nancy lived briefly in Manhattan but spent the majority of her adult life in Bethel, CT where she and her husband of 32 years (Richard J. Kelly, Jr.) raised their three children (Megan, 29; Laura, 26; Brendan, 23) and their rescue dog, Riley (7).

In addition to her immediate family, Nancy is survived by her four siblings: Robert (Donna) of Plymouth, MA; Karen Randles Kerbs (Thomas) of Sacramento, CA; Mark (Dana) of Waccabuc, NY and Jeffrey (Nancy) of Voorheesville, NY as well as ten nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, October 21 at 1:00PM at the Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 141 Greenwood Ave, Bethel, CT 06801. Nancy’s favorite colors were blue and yellow, and the family encourages all attendees to honor her by wearing bright clothing.
