Henry J. Kielkucki

Henry J. Kielkucki of Bethel, CT, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018, surrounded by his family at his home after a long illness.  He was 67.

Born to the late Henry and Margaret (Hoblock) Kielkucki in Yonkers, NY, on April 9, 1950, Henry received his undergraduate degree from St. John's University and graduate degrees and professional certificates from Iona College. Henry taught American history for many years at Maria Regina High School in Greenburgh, NY, was a longtime officer for the Lay Faculty Association, operated Briarcliff Self Storage for many years and all while also dabbling in dealing artwork.  He married the love of his life, Cynthia DiLello, on December 4, 1993. When he wasn't spending his endless energy on something family-related, especially anything Disney-related, he could be found watching sports.

Beloved husband of 24 years to Cynthia Kielkucki.  Devoted father of Megan and James. Dear brother of Eileen (Bernard) Mistal of NY and Caryl (Philip) LaBarbera of SC and brother-in-law of Andrea (John) Hamilton and Rikki (Al) Manko.  Loving uncle of Matthew, Philip, Elizabeth,Stefanie and Jesse. He has gone home to join his beloved mother, brother-in-law, nephew and all his other predeceased family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, Tuesday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and in the evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St Mary Church, Dodgingtown Rd Bethel, CT on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Cremation will be at the convenience of the family.
