Dwight Richard Hipp age 57 of New Milford, died Saturday August 23, 2014 in New Milford Hospital.

Dwight was born February 4, 1957 in New Milford, CT, a son of the late Theodore and Helen (Forrest) Hipp.  He was a graduate of New Milford High School, attended Western Connecticut State University in Danbury and was a graduate of Porter and Chester Institute in Watertown, receiving a  Certificate in Auto Repair. Dwight was employed at Kimberly Clark Corporation in New Milford as a machine operator for over 20 years. He was an avid cyclist, outdoorsman and woodworker. Dwight’s favorite place to vacation was Lake George.

Dwight is survived by two brothers; Kenneth Hipp and his wife Josephine of New Milford, CT and Glenn Hipp and his wife Mary of Fairless Hills, PA; a sister, Mary Kalivas of New Milford, CT and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours
