Carol Martinson Taylor, age 93 of Danbury CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 27, 2017 at Hancock Hall following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late F. Bradford Taylor of Norwalk, CT.

Carol was born in Albany, New York, June 17, 1924, daughter of the late John Martinson and Ethel Matson Martinson. Carol was a long time resident of East Norwalk CT, where she and her husband raised their three children. Carol moved to Danbury in 1980 to be near her children: Carol “Lin” Walsh and husband Joseph of Newtown CT, William B. Taylor and his wife Janet of Danbury CT and John F. Taylor of Danbury CT. She is also survived by her sister: Genevieve Tucker of Fairfield, CT; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service on October 21, 2017 at 11AM at the First Congregational Church located on 164 Deer Hill Ave, Danbury, CT.
